The Heights at Goose Creek Village master plan was envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly community with all required amenities in walking distance. The apartment buildings compliment the existing commercial façades while also providing additional retail on the first floors of the structures.

Our client's desire for a community-focused project influenced all aspects of the design. Each building has a spacious, residential lobby and community roof top terraces for engagement with neighbors. The main clubroom includes a pool deck with an outdoor patio and interior gathering spaces.
