The heights at Goose Creek Village master 
plan was envisioned as a pedestrian friendly 
community with all required amenities within 
walking distance.  The apartment structures 
compliment the existing retail buildings while 
also providing additional retail on the frist 
floors of the structures.
Out clients desire for a community focused 
project influenced all aspects of design.  
each building has a residential lobby with 
space to engage with neighbors as well 
as community roof top terraces.  the main 
clubroom includes a pool deck with outdoor 
patio along with interior gathering spaces.
