The Flats at Boulevard VI anchors an expansive redevelopment of what had been a sprawling high school campus into a village within the City of Fairfax. The south façade welcomes you with classic porte cochere, while the north elevation presents a dynamic street wall opposite the community's retail core, which is built around the reclaimed historic Fairfax High School building. A sweeping boomerang of a building wraps an open-ended courtyard and contains 144 for-sale condominiums over two stories of underground garage. The final unit count resulted lower than what was originally approved during the Site Planning phase due to our close work with the Client and individual Buyers to combine multiple units into a single dwelling, yielding gracious home-sized units in response to market demand.
