The View at Mill Run is the 150 unit garden phase component of a densely designed property which overlooks Soldier's Delight Natural Environmental Area in Owings Mills, Maryland. The View offers a less dense campus setting with private garages, woodland trails, picnic areas, and a host of other natural amenities. Mill Run has easy access to the Owings Mills Metro Station and major transportation thoroughfares. The project was designed to the National Green Building Standard’s Silver Classification, which benefits residents with lower energy costs and a higher living standard.
