Fieldside Grande is a resort style apartment community located blocks from Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. The project consists of a village of open breezeway buildings with elevators, buildings with multi-story dwelling units and an elegant clubhouse structure. The wood-framed buildings are designed with balconies for every unit, the upper floor units carve areas from the attics to create loft spaces, and individual garaged parking spaces are provided for each building for tenant convenience. The buildings are designed with modern farmhouse features accented by contrasting warm and cool-colored vinyl siding and stone materials, including white, gray and black building colors with steep roof pitches.
